There is a MINDFULNESS MENU at the beginning of each chapter that lets kids know what breath practice and body shapes they will practice in that chapter. Each mindfulness menu is unique to that chapter. The breath work and body shapes are simple, fun, and effective!
The prompts and activities in are related to the chapter theme and change each day. The feelings report and body check-in are included everyday because that is where the seeds of mindfulness begin: with self-awareness.
